At EverythingMotorcycling (EM), we aim to be fair to riders, hosts, tour organisers, and instructors. Experiences listed on our platform require planning, resource allocation, and financial commitments from multiple parties. These policies are designed to balance those commitments while remaining transparent for everyone involved.
By making a booking on EverythingMotorcycling, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms outlined below.
1. Riding Schools & Courses
If you cancel more than 7 days before the course, you will receive a 100% refund less a 5% processing fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the course, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 3 days before the course, or do not attend, no refund will be issued.
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the start date. We will make reasonable efforts to transfer your enrolment to the next available batch, however this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
If the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser or EM, you may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to the next available batch
Notification will be provided at least 48 hours in advance wherever possible.
If a course cannot proceed due to Force Majeure, EM may offer a full refund or reschedule at its discretion.
2. Motorcycle Tours
Motorcycle tours require advance coordination across routes, accommodation, guides, and support vehicles. Because of this planning, the following cancellation terms apply.
If you cancel more than 60 days before the tour start date, you will receive a 100% refund less gateway and platform fees.
If you cancel between 45 and 25 days before the tour start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 24 days before the tour, or fail to attend, no refund will be issued.
Gateway and platform fees are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by the operator.
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase personal travel insurance before booking any tour.
Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If this requirement is not met, participants will be notified at least 5 days before the start date and offered:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to an alternative date
If the tour is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full 100% refund including platform fees within 7–10 working days.
In the event of Force Majeure, EM will assess the situation and may offer a refund or reschedule at its discretion.
3. Accommodation Bookings
This policy applies to accommodation reservations made through EverythingMotorcycling.com.
If you cancel more than 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund, less gateway and platform fees.
If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 3 days before check-in, or fail to check in, no refund will be issued.
A booking will be considered a no-show if the guest has not checked in by midnight on the booking date without prior notice.
Gateway and platform fees are non-refundable unless the property cancels the booking.
In cases of early departure, refunds for unused nights will only be considered if the accommodation is successfully re-booked for those dates. If the dates cannot be re-booked, no refund will apply.
If a booking is cancelled by the organiser or property, the guest will receive a full 100% refund including platform fees, processed within 7–10 working days.
In cases of Force Majeure, EM will review the circumstances and may offer a refund or reschedule at its discretion.
4. General Conditions
Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banking systems.
Processing fees, gateway charges, and third-party transaction costs may apply where stated in the policy.
EM acts as a platform connecting riders with experience providers. While we facilitate bookings and payments, certain cancellations and operational decisions may be made by the individual organiser, property, or instructor.
By completing a booking, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable cancellation terms.
