Refund Policy
- This standard policy applies to all accommodation bookings made through EverythingMotorcycling.com.
- If you cancel more than 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund, less gateway and platform fees.
- If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than 3 days before check-in, or fail to check in (no-show), no refund will be issued.
- A guest is considered a no-show if they have not checked in by midnight on the booking date without prior notice. Gateway and platform fees are non-refundable unless the property cancels your booking.
- In case of early departure, a refund for unused nights will only be considered if the room is successfully re-booked for those dates. Otherwise, no refund will apply.
- If your booking is cancelled by the organiser or property, you will receive a full 100% refund, including platform fees. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
- In cases of Force Majeure, EM will assess the situation and offer a full refund or reschedule at its discretion.

The property is located a short walk from the designated parking area. The walk involves going uphill along a steep slope, so guests should be comfortable with a brief incline.
Is any transport available from the parking to the property?
Yes. A paid transport option is available for guests who prefer not to walk up the slope. This can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
